Creating this as a low priority feature request. User never replied but matrix-media-repo was a common thing people used to get better media features on Conduit and early conduwuit, so there could be some remaining users on it looking to migrate to things like native Tuwunel S3.
Again very low priority thing, wouldn't really focus on it until media refactors or something take place.
