fix: remove duplicate text and links in 'Starter Code Included' feature card

Description

Removed the duplicated paragraph text and 'Get starter code' CTA link inside the 'Starter Code Included' feature card, which was stretching the card height and making the features grid uneven.

Changes

• Deleted the duplicate <p>\ and <a>\ elements in \src/templates/index.html\ (lines 874-888)

Hi @komalharshita, I've resolved the merge conflicts on this PR as requested.

Heads-up though: while rebasing onto the latest main, it became clear that the redesigned landing page which contained the 'Starter Code Included' feature card has been reverted on main. As a result this PR no longer produces any diff against current main (empty diff).

Happy to close it, or if you'd prefer to restore the modernized landing section (with the duplicate text/link removed), I can update the PR accordingly. Let me know how you'd like to proceed!
