…ents (#2227) The public-PR bridge posts a sticky comment on every external contributor's PR. It leaked internal details: a private agents-private PR link, "internal monorepo" / "internal mirror" jargon, and a pointer to a CONTRIBUTING section we are removing. Reword buildPublicComment and its details across all three bridge copies (open-knowledge, agents, agents-optional-local-dev) to contributor-only framing, and drop the now-unused internalPr param. Clean the OpenKnowledge CONTRIBUTING (strip mirror mechanics, add the CLA note) and re-pin the bridge test to the new synced phrase. GitOrigin-RevId: de7603164bde44787b504c1972f8114279bfe830
