Unable to save schema templates

Bug Summary

After adding several items to the schema without saving, the save button becomes unresponsive.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a field, update description
2. Click save — All changes saved is visible
3. Add 3 fields, update descriptions for all three
4. Click save
5. No response
