Token not removed when policy is deleted

Problem description

A token is not removed when policy is deleted.

Step to reproduce

1. Import a policy
2. Delete the policy
3. Go to the List of Tokens page
4. See error

Expected behavior

The token is removed when corresponding policy is removed.

@Neurone, I believe this is by design. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to see the token in your list along with its balance after the policy author (SR user) removes the policy.

Hi @Pyatakov that makes sense to me for published policies, but in this case we are talking about draft/unpublished tokens. I assume we should be able to delete those entries like we delete schemas and policies.

In addition, I can delete those tokens using the UI, but I need to do it manually instead of having the system remove those automatically when the policy is deleted.

As a side note, I just noticed I can also delete tokens that are already published, and the token will be deleted from the network too (i.e. https://hashscan.io/testnet/token/0.0.10025736)
