Remove components and policy properties from the UI when in JSON/YAML mode

Problem

When in JSON/YAML mode the leaf and right part of the screen is occupied by useless tools.
There's also the risk of modifying the information both in the code and in the other part of the UI.

Solution

Remove components and policy properties from the UI when in JSON/YAML mode.
