DevStream Multi-Project Architecture Implementation Summary

Implementation Date: 2025-10-14 Status: ✅ COMPLETED All Tests Passing: 13/13 Integration Tests ✅

Overview

Successfully implemented a complete multi-project architecture for DevStream, transforming it from a single-project system to a fully functional multi-project environment while maintaining backward compatibility.

Tasks Completed

✅ Task 1: Global Installation Script (20 min)
