Add Portuguese (PT-BR / PT-PT) translation for documentation

Hello!

I would like to suggest adding Portuguese as a supported language for the project documentation.

Portuguese is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, and having the documentation available in Portuguese would greatly help developers and users from Brazil, Portugal, and other Portuguese-speaking countries.

Proposal

• Add a new pt locale to the documentation (with a possibility to split into pt-BR / pt-PT later if needed)
• Use the existing Docusaurus i18n structure as a base
• Start with an initial draft translation and gradually improve it through community contributions and reviews, following the current contribution workflow.

Contribution

I’m willing to help with:

• Translating documentation pages
• Reviewing and improving translations
• Submitting Pull Requests following the contributing guidelines

Hi! That's great news, we would love to see a Portuguese translation. You're welcome to submit PRs translating individual pages. I myself don't know Portuguese, so I'll only be able to provide a limited review, but I trust you on the details :)

Thank you for answer. It will be great! I'm going to catch up with the documentation and start to make translate. I'll try to get another people here in brazilian community to contribute as well.
