how can I download a version of FVCOM coupled with ERSEM

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in using FVCOM-FABM-ERSEM to model how typhoons affect biological responses in a semi-closed bay.

I know that a version of FVCOM coupled with ERSEM was developed by PML, but it seems the UK-FVCOM GitLab repository isn’t available anymore. Would anyone happen to know how I can get the right version of FVCOM for FVCOM-FABM-ERSEM?

Hi @chevyyang ,
We took down the gitlab server a while ago and migrated the code to github. You can get the code from https://github.com/UK-FVCOM-Usergroup/uk-fvcom/tree/FVCOM-FABM_v5_dev. This uses the latest (up to 2 years ago it seems!!) FVCOM release.
This version hasn't been tested very much so any problems do rise issues through github.
