vim-lua-inspect not compatible with Vim compiled with Lua >= 5.2

package.seeall was apparently removed in lua5.2.  This breaks xolox/vim-lua-inspect.  Need upstream to fix the package (last commit was 11 years ago).  Or move to a different way of inspecting Lua files like LSP (Language Server Protocol).
