Proposal: Add Ethernet support (decoding using arxml file)

It will be truly beneficial if you will add ethernet bus communication support for decoding using arxml files. That could include COM based PDUs decoding but also SOME/IP communication etc using Autosar description 4.1/4.2 versions etc.
