Bump codacy-plugins-api 7.2.1 → 12.0.6, per codacy/codacy-plugins-api#108 (removed lineComplexities, nrMethods, nrClasses, cloc from FileMetrics, and the LineComplexity case class).
Update FileMetrics construction/format in package.scala and MetricsResultsPrinterSpecs to the new 3-field signature (filename, complexity, loc).
Bump scalaVersion 2.13.11 → 2.13.12, the minimum required by codacy-plugins-api 12.0.6 (scala-library binary compat, SIP-51).
Drop the explicit sbt-scapegoat 1.2.1 plugin pin from project/plugins.sbt — its pinned scapegoat 1.4.17 isn't published for 2.13.12, it's not invoked anywhere in CI, and codacy-sbt-plugin already covers it (matches how codacy-plugins-api itself is set up).
Follows codacy/codacy-plugins-api#108, which dropped unused
FileMetrics fields (lineComplexities, nrMethods, nrClasses, cloc)
and the LineComplexity case class. Update FileMetrics usages
accordingly and bump scalaVersion to 2.13.12, the minimum required
by the new codacy-plugins-api. Drop the stale explicit sbt-scapegoat
plugin pin, unpublished for 2.13.12 and unused in CI; codacy-sbt-plugin
already covers it.
