txAdmin PWA does not work

Describe the bug
manifest.json cannot be loaded

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to txAdmin panel
2. Go to dev tools and check the network

Expected behavior
The JSON can be loaded despite the file exists

I did the PR to add the manifest, and make txAdmin a PWA, but I do not understand why the file cannot be accessed.

Ohh, I see the issue.
I forgot to whitelist it on a temporary method that only applies to prod and not to the dev env, so I missed it.
My bad. Will fix it for the next update.

You don't need to await for next update or rebuild tx from source, just do the following

1. Open <fxserver>/citizen/system_resources/monitor/core/index.js
2. Search for /img/zap_main.png and replace it with /manifest.json
3. Save and restart
