Ubuntu Can not create wallet with bin file

Describe the bug
When trying to create a new wallet by importing a bin file with password, BeetEOS gets stuck at step 2.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'name the wallet, select bts chain, select using backup.bin, choose wallet file, enter bin password, click next'
2. See app change to "Decrypting your bin file, please wait" After a few seconds BeetEOS app goes back to Step 2

Expected behavior
Should go to step 3 and create the new BeetEOS wallet.

• Browser Brave
• Version 1.76.80

I just tried it out there in Xubuntu, I was able to successfully add a production bitshares account via the bin file method when creating a new wallet, it successfully decrypted and was added to a new wallet I created.

I tried using the wrong password too and the decryption failure was instant, perhaps you're using the wrong decryption key? Does the bin and password work in the reference wallet?

If you run npm start from the terminal at this project's root directory after running npm i (you'll need node & yarn installed too), you'll get a more detailed warning in the terminal to help debug this issue.

Perhaps it works in xubuntu but not ubuntu? I could try that out too, but xubuntu is pretty much ubuntu with just a different desktop skin.
