Based on the architecture shared by Peter Kang, adapted for our Shopify agency workflow. Created: 2026-03-16

The content grunt — populates products, pages, collections, metafields from structured inputs

3. Morgan — Theme Build Agent

4. Alex — QA Agent

Runs automated checks after every deployment

  • playwright-smoke — run a smoke test suite against a staging URL
  • link-checker — crawl and report broken links
  • mobile-responsive-check — screenshot key pages at mobile/tablet/desktop
  • checkout-flow-test — automated end-to-end checkout on staging
  • pagespeed-report — pull Core Web Vitals + Lighthouse for key pages
  • accessibility-scan — basic WCAG checks on theme pages

5. Nia — Reporting & Client Ops Agent

Handles anything that goes to the client or internal tracking

Skills:

  • project-status-report — generate a progress summary from Kanban board state
  • client-handoff-doc — produce a post-launch checklist/handoff doc
  • analytics-setup — GA4 + Meta Pixel implementation verify
  • seo-audit — meta titles, descriptions, canonical tags check across key pages
  • launch-checklist — run through a pre-launch checklist and output pass/fail

🔐 Access Tiers

Tier Applies to
🟢 Autonomous Read-only ops, generating docs/reports, running tests against staging
🟡 Notify Outputs a file/diff for human review before applying (e.g. metafield CSV, theme code changes)
🔴 Gate Anything writing to a live client store — requires PM approval before executing

🏗️ Architecture Reference

Based on the three-tier Skills MCP architecture:

  • Skills library — GitHub repo, one folder per skill, each with a SKILL.md and helper scripts
  • MCP Server — hosted on Railway, routes skills to agents via API key
  • Composio — OAuth integrations, one credential set per client store
  • Claude Teams — agent runtime
  • Kanban board — human-facing task queue (Linear / Notion / Airtable)

🛠️ Build Order (recommended)

  1. Spec out product-import and section-builder first — highest volume, clearest ROI
  2. Define structured input formats — what does a content brief look like? What's in a section build ticket?
  3. Stand up GitHub skills repo — one folder per skill
  4. Wire Composio for Shopify Admin API OAuth per client
  5. Build staging-only agent runs first — Gate all live store writes until the skills are proven

📝 Notes

  • Solis replacement target: Zuri (config) + Nasir (content) cover most of the offshore workload
  • Morgan requires the most skill investment — theme work needs well-spec'd tickets to work reliably
  • Alex (QA) is the safety net — don't skip building this out early
