I was playing with some friends and everyone including me had the same problem with or without mods.
When going from the lobby to level 1 of the dungeon, what happens is that the host, in this case, I can go out and see the enemies of the level.
However, my friends cannot leave the starting area and cannot see the enemies with or without mods on.
Or failing that, a friend's game freezes and they have to restart.
Strange thing because I was able to play the game before with a friend without any problem.
