Describe the bug
Can't add new entries to the blacklist in the Config GUI - the list won't scroll past the last entry, so there's no "Add" button. Also, even after manually adding an entry to the config file, the blocked blocks can still be picked up in Survival and Creative.
To Reproduce
Open the Carry On Config GUI, go to blacklist (forbiddenTiles)
Try to scroll to the bottom to find an "Add" button - can't scroll further, no add button visible
Manually add "aeronautics:*" to forbiddenTiles in the config file, save, restart the game
Try to pick up a block from Create Aeronautics (e.g. Propeller Bearing) with Shift + Right-Click
It still gets picked up normally

Game Information (please complete the following information):
Minecraft Version: 1.21.1 neoforge
Mod Loader and Version: NF 1.21.235
Carry On Version: neweset
Additional context, logs
Confirmed the modid is correct via F3+H (aeronautics:propeller_bearing). Not sure if Create Aeronautics blocks even go through Carry On's pickup logic, or if the mod has its own interaction handling that bypasses the blacklist entirely.
