Hey @akashlevy , I have upstream liberty generated clk and i will fix formatting issue

Seems tcl scripts are dependent of the silimate opensta tcl commands
I have added few required for upstream
eg :

• foreach
• get_attribute

there is Test case failure i will check it and let you know

As the author of OpenSTA says, you need to start by making sure the formatting is consistent with the upstream repo.
