The Markdown viewer renders incorrectly after modifying the screen scaling factor.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Windows11/Settings/System/Screen Scaling'
2. Click on '150%'
3. Run QuickLook
4. Preview some markdown file, works fine here.
5. Go to 'Windows11/Settings/System/Screen Scaling'
6. Change to other values like '125%'
7. Preview same markdown file, the display area is smaller than window area.

Expected behavior
webview display area should fit the window
