QuickLook not automatically started after msi silent installation

MSI installation command is as follows :
msiexec /qn /norestart /i "QuickLook-4.5.0.msi" ALLUSERS=1
Installation is performing well but at the end QuickLook is not started.
In case of a non-silent installation QuickLook is started at the end of installation

• OS Version: Windows 11 25H2 (74 bits)
• QuickLook Version: 4.5.0 from MSI installer]
