Overall Campaing issues

Besides #400, I noticed a few glitches:

• Step "downloaded" has a wrong reply "nothing_now" ("nothing_now" is Friend's message, automatically delivered)
• I can receive "dlayd_much1" infinite times, as long I try to start new bruteforce against #RCN
• I receive "nasty_virus3" before actually log-in at the #RCN
• I can skip TaskManager ("dlayd_much4") part by just letting the cracker do it work (even after fixing the item above, one should not be able to skip it after login)
• I can receive "dlayd_much4" infinite times, as long I open a new TaskManager 😄
• "virus_spotted1" before action_done
• "pointless_convo1" being received before downloading starting

When we group all of them, it becomes real chaos!
