CEF Error (too old version/ unknown bug of CEF) #6880

Description

@kondzii14

Details

he 64-bit multi-core branch (x86_64) fails to render the HTML main menu, resulting in a gray screen with a "Menu failed to load" error. The console reports a failure to spin up the Chromium Embedded Framework due to unprivileged usenamespaces restrictions and binary incompatibilities on modern Linux environments running newer glibc and kernel versions (e.g., Arch Linux).

This patch successfully resolves the issue by replacing the outdated shipped CEF binaries with updated ones, indicating that the bundled CEF framework in the branch desperately needs an upstream update for native Linux execution.

Steps to reproduce

Install Garry's Mod on a modern Linux distribution running a recent kernel and glibc environment (e.g., Arch Linux with Kernel 6.13+ / 7.0+).

Open the game's Properties on Steam, navigate to the Betas tab, and opt into the x86-64 - Chromium + 64-bit binaries branch.

Launch the game natively.

Observe that the game window opens into a static gray screen stating "Menu failed to load", with the in-game console logging No support for unprivileged usenamespaces. Loading Stub instead of Chromium....
