What changed in this PR
Updates the zizmor action used by the repository’s workflow security checks. Neither the HTTP nor TCP client code changes.
Changes:
- Bumps both action references from v0.7.1 to v0.8.0, retaining commit-SHA pinning.
- Leaves the gate’s zizmor CLI version at
1.29.0and preserves existing inputs.

CI-only dependency pin update for the zizmor GitHub Action with no changes to application code or the pinned zizmor CLI version.
Overview
Updates the Workflow Security workflow so both zizmor steps use
zizmorcore/zizmor-actionv0.8.0 (commit53290bad…) instead of v0.7.1. The report-to-code-scanning and fail-on-high-severity jobs are bumped together; the gate step still pinsversion: "1.29.0"for the zizmor CLI—unchanged in this PR.v0.8.0 adds optional prerelease support in the action; this workflow does not enable that, so behavior should match the previous setup aside from the newer action wrapper.
