Overview
Updates the Windows Tests reusable workflow to pin
Vampire/setup-wslto a newer commit (Dependabot: 6.1.0 → 7.2.0). The step still provisions Ubuntu-24.04 in WSL before checkout, ClickHouse setup, anddotnet test; only the action version changes.This is CI plumbing only—no application or test logic changes.
