We should rebuild everything with the latest operating system. We're in the process of upgrading to Ubuntu 20 (only ezgrade needs update see #173) but we would like everything to be upgraded. The docker environment should be no problem but project3 may need to force clang-10 instead of the default/later versions (due to the static analysis changing in later version of clang; see aseprite/aseprite#3650 for a possible work around)
